Qualities of a Consultant

Not everyone is suited to be an independent consulting contractor. There are certain qualities and characteristics that are found in someone who chooses this career path. Just because someone is very good at what they do doesn’t mean they will be able to withstand the challenges and uncertainties so common in a consulting practice.
